About All Terrain

Growing With the Community

Why have our customers been coming to us for 40 years? Because they can count on us. We work hard for our customers, building a reputation for integrity and quality since 1984. Times and technology have changed, but our focus on honest service hasn’t. That’s why repeat customers make up a substantial part of our business. The confidence that the job will be done right brings our customers back. We deliver quality work, on time, on budget—every time. And we remain on-task for follow-up.

Along the way, we have put together an expert staff of the best in the field who specialize in getting obstacles solved and off the table. Clients continually refer us based on how pleased they are with our knowledgeable service, energy and customer-friendly attitude of our team.

Another reason we’ve been in business so long is forward-thinking. Experience doesn’t mean we’re attached to old ideas. We’re in touch. Whether it’s the latest in equipment, new Green technology or safety measures, we keep an eye on what’s next in our field.

Demolition & Excavation

At All Terrain, we handle your demolition and excavation projects from start to finish. Our in-house team manages estimating, budgeting, and project oversight, keeping schedules on track and clients informed every step of the way.

Demolition isn’t just wrecking balls and implosions—it’s a safe, engineered process. We use the right equipment for the job, and if it’s not in our fleet, we have the connections to get what’s needed.

Our experienced crews and well-maintained machines bring efficiency and value to every project. Whether it's residential or commercial work, we offer a full range of services including:

  • Demolition & excavation
  • Land clearing
  • Tree & stump removal
  • Grading & erosion control

Licensed and insured, we’re ready to tackle your next project with a "can-do" attitude. Contact us today for a custom quote.

Drilling & Engineered Fill

We provide professional underground drilling and engineered fill solutions for a wide range of utility and construction needs.

Our team is equipped to handle pipe installations of various sizes. We typically drill a 3-1/2" pilot hole, then use a pipe puller or back reamer depending on the pipe size. We can install up to 2-1/2" pipe in the pilot hole or remove the drill head for larger installations.

Directional drilling is ideal for areas where excavation isn’t possible. We drill under roads, rivers, and steep slopes, ensuring minimal disruption to landscapes and surfaces.

We also specialize in engineered fill—blends of clay, silt, sand, and gravel as defined by ASTM D-2487-00. As larger rock fragments are added, it becomes "rockfill," suitable for stabilizing larger construction sites.

  • Pilot hole and pipe pull installations
  • Directional drilling for utilities
  • Minimal surface damage methods
  • Engineered and rockfill for structural support

Underground Construction & Tight Access Solutions

From installing storm drains and sewer laterals to repairing or renovating existing lines, All Terrain offers cost-effective underground construction with minimal disruption. We address structural issues like cracked, collapsed, or root-infiltrated drains caused by ground movement or corrosion.

For hard-to-reach areas, we specialize in tight access excavation. Full-sized equipment often can't get into these spots without causing extra damage or cost. That’s where our fleet of mini machines comes in.

We specialize in:

  • Abnormal soil conditions
  • Tight access excavation
  • Demolition
  • Grading

Our mini excavators maneuver where larger machines can't—near structures, between tight spaces, or on sensitive surfaces. Paired with our Bobcat, they tackle drainage ditches, boulder placement, and compact digging efficiently and with precision.

Foundation Package

All Terrain provides total foundation packages for developers, self-builders, commercial, and retail clients. Services can include pile installation, ground improvement, and new foundation systems.

We offer a complete ‘one-stop shop’ for foundation needs. After reviewing your plans and specifications, we’ll conduct a site visit and provide a fully costed proposal tailored to your project.

Our quotes clearly break down the costs of each stage, allowing you to choose which services you’d like us to handle. We can assist from the very beginning or step in at any point.

Our services may include:

  • Desktop study and site appraisal
  • Site investigation when needed
  • Foundation system design and installation
  • External/internal walls, damp proofing, and ground floor structures
  • External drainage installation

We're here to guide you at every stage of your project—before work begins and throughout the process. On request, we can offer fixed-price packages with no hidden costs, ensuring peace of mind and full price transparency.

Greener Excavation Practices

All Terrain is committed to sustainable excavation and development. We combine modern technology with smart planning to serve both residential and public projects—while minimizing environmental impact.

Our Recycling Practices

We integrate recycling into every part of our operation, including:

  • Motor oil and oil filter recycling
  • Tire recycling
  • Truck and automobile battery recycling

Excavation naturally impacts the landscape, but we believe in reducing that disturbance with greener, common-sense practices. Our approach reflects a shift toward responsible excavation methods that benefit both our clients and the environment.

Recycling Old Buildings

Buildings can become unsafe or obsolete—but that doesn't mean they belong in a landfill. At All Terrain, we aim to deconstruct, reuse, and recycle the highest possible percentage of old structures.

From concrete foundations to roofing material, we reclaim what we can and repurpose it. If a material isn’t hazardous, we find a new purpose for it—diverting waste and reducing the environmental footprint of demolition projects.
